Tofino Surf Moon

This painting is imaginary in its perspective. The view looks toward Tofino from Chesterman Beach. I wanted the painting to be loose and flowing, and so chose a water-resistant synthetic paper for its painting surface. The result hopefully suggests that other-worldly joy of surfing and of being immersed in the mystery of the ocean.
