Renewal

Renewed and recharged—that’s how I feel on a west coast beach. The tide comes in and the tide goes out, over and over, with an endless rhythm of waves and surge. Whatever washes in is soon washed away, cleansed, and in time replaced, renewed and refreshed. New starts, new adventures, always hope. The constancy of the ocean’s ebb and flow is an enduring comfort and a balm for the soul.
