Cherry Point Bridge

I have painted the beach at Cherry Point a number of times. This time I turned away from the shore and painted the bridge spanning a small stream that enters the ocean at this point. To the left, beyond the bridge, you can see there is a farm stand; it operates on an honour pay system, along with used books and hot coffee. Who could resist? The beach is also a great place to watch shorebirds, have a picnic or exercise your dog.
