Spring Sailing on Maple Bay

My parents once lived high above Maple Bay, with a view to Samsun Narrows and Mount Maxwell on Salt Spring Island. I recently hiked through the area reminiscing of them and their sailing days. This painting was done strictly for fun on synthetic paper, which I love for its spontaneity and resistance to being controlled.
