9 x 12 watercolour on 74# Yupo synthetic paper
There are many days on the west coast, in this case offshore of Wickaninnish Bay, when the weather, land and sea combine to be variations in one colour. This colour, of course, is exaggerated with considerable artistic license but is based on a memory of my sailing with friends from Ucluelet to Tofino as they made their way beyond, on to the Haida Gwaii archipelago, well north of Vancouver Island.
