Red Zen

The play of light on trees, their leaves and trunk patterns, invites me to appreciate the too-often neglected, less tangible values of forests. This painting’s dominant 'red' is to flag alarm to potential threats to forests in general, with the hope they are noticed in time and saved beyond my generation.
