Have you ever noticed how going to the beach in the morning, makes every day feel like a clean new day, a fresh start? The tides come in and go out, and the birds always arrive to see what’s been delivered. I painted this small painting on a day full of optimism, and I continue to feel buoyed with the knowledge that the tides will continue through time and that new days, every day, are there to make what we will with them.
