I live in the Cowichan Valley where there is not a lot of snowfall unless you are high up in the surrounding mountains. But when it does fall in the valley, it seems worthy to commemorate with a painting. It never lasts very long so, as long as you don’t have a schedule that requires you to drive somewhere, the snow is a delightful interlude.
