Silent Reflection

There is no better place in my mind than a wilderness beach, out by yourself, walking and walking, refreshing all your senses. It’s a place to think about both life’s blessings and challenges, and what might come to be. A solitary beach walk will always help make sense of the world and reframe life in some new, more enlightened and optimistic perspective. It doesn’t fix everything but I’m convinced it helps.
